    Yes, it is tucked down some quiet lanes, but it is Cornwall and so peaceful and offers fabulous sea views, which makes the drive worth it. We will 100% be visiting again with the family and would recommend those wanting a relaxing break, this is the place. You can easily get out and about with some lovely coastal walks on your doorstep and takes you five minutes to walk to some lovely coves/bays. A short stroll will take you down to Gillan Creek and Flushing Cove, and slightly further is the picturesque Gillan Cove.

Adorned with beautiful interiors throughout, this light and spacious three-storey dwelling is perfectly suited to a family or group of eight, seeking a fun-filled adventure in this spectacular part of the country.

Open up the traditional cottage door and be welcomed in to the attractive and contemporary kitchen/diner, home to a plethora of appliances that rest peacefully within the glossy grey cabinets.

Serve up your delicious creations at the large and sociable dining table, chatting amongst friends as you delight in this hearty home-cooked feast and begin to map out all of your upcoming adventures exploring the coast.

Helston 10 miles; Lizard 11 miles; Redruth 17 miles; Falmouth 18 miles.

Helford is a picturesque village on the south side of the Helford River popular for its beautiful setting, thatched cottages, and popular village inn, The Shipwrights Arms, set right on the edge of the creek with its waterside terrace. Just a short walk away is Frenchman’s Creek, immortalised by Daphne du Maurier. The Helford River Sailing Club is very popular and a regatta is held every August. In the summer a passenger ferry runs to Helford passage, the home of the Ferryboat Inn, and nearby to the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. The wildlife on the Helford River is diverse and a birdwatcher’s paradise.
