  • “Process of booking holiday and accuracy of description/photographs was excellent.”

This property, which we would rate as five star, was ideally situated for all the places we wanted to visit and in a very quiet location. Would thoroughly recommend, both the property and your site.

The property

This well-appointed, luxury apartment is just a short distance from the Cornish villages of Mousehole and Newlyn.

It has a spacious interior and quality fixtures and fittings, for a restful break near the sea.

The open-plan living room invites you and your loved one to build wonderful memories together in a peaceful, sought-after location.

Sorry, no children under 16.

Indulge in a tasty cream tea on arrival before sinking into the sumptuous L-shape sofa in front of the TV.

You also have lovely dining area set for two and a contemporary-style kitchen in which to prepare a hearty meal after a long walk on the South West Coast Path.

Return to a bright and airy bedroom with ample storage and gain a soothing night's rest in the king-size bed.

The bathroom finishes the property in a stylish fashion.

Relax on the terrace with a good book and even choose to dine alfresco-style during the summer months.

There is plenty to do in the area, including days out to Mousehole and St. Clement's Island.

Visit the golden beach and open-air Minack theatre at Porthcurno and discover Sennen Cove, with its long sandy beach and surfing hotspot.

Mount's Bay is a must, with a wealth of opportunity for water sports and Penzance boasts some glorious shops, pubs and eateries.

Slightly further afield you have St. Ives and Truro.

Enjoy a well-deserved holiday in Cornwall.

About the location

NEWLYN

Penzance 1 mile.

Nestled next to Penzance, and although still a quaint village in its own right, Newlyn is actually the third largest fishing port in England, and an important Port of Refuge for all seafaring craft. This Cornish village is clustered around the harbour, with its historic 800 year old quay (the Mayflower actually left for America from this quay, not Plymouth) curling around a few small boats on the western side. Famous for the Newlyn school of Art and Newlyn Copper, the Cornwall Coastal Path passes through the village, as does the level Mousehole to Marazion cycle path. An abundance of wildlife and flora can be enjoyed along both, with basking sharks, dolphins and grey seals often seen. The Cornish coast is renowned for surfing, and Penwith offers some splendid beaches on which to enjoy this sport as well as surf fishing for sea bass. Mounts Bay also offers a wealth of opportunity for watersports enthusiasts as well as giving visitors an opportunity to relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings.
