This lovely cottage offers comfortable accommodation in an excellent location with the glorious beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock all within a short drive away.

From the outside, the white stone walls and well-maintained garden creates a welcoming atmosphere that lures you in.

Walk beyond the porch into the property and you are greeted by a bright and airy open plan living room which comes complete with a comfortable seating area and dining table, along with a tiled flooring throughout.

The compact kitchen comes well-equipped with everything you need to cook a romantic meal for two or a hearty family feast.

The first floor is occupied by the double and twin bedrooms; both of which come well-presented, and the ample family bathroom can also be found on this level.
