Ash Barn is a well-presented holiday home nestled within the rural setting of Falmouth Golf Club but only 2 miles from bustling Falmouth Town, offering a comfortable base for up to five guests.

A bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC is complemented by a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, adding convenience for groups.

Outside, the property’s standout feature is its large, enclosed garden, take in the gentle countryside and golf course views.

Two inviting decking areas provide space to linger in the sunshine, while a covered alfresco barbecue area creates a welcoming spot for relaxed evening meals under the open sky, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink, this idyllic outdoor setting gives guests plenty of room to unwind throughout the day.

The property provides 2 car parking spaces, 1 immediately opposite the house, handy for unloading and 1 space in the communal car parking area.

Also to add that we provide a travel cot too (linen not provided).

From the doorstep, guests can enjoy all that Falmouth has to offer, from its bustling harbour to its sandy beaches and maritime heritage, including the well-regarded National Maritime Museum Cornwall and the historic Pendennis Castle.

Situated on the coastal footpath, scenic walks begin from the doorstep with ever‑changing views and plenty of opportunity for dogs to roam alongside you, guests also have private access onto the golf course, making this venue ideal for ramblers and golfers, while Truro sits within easy reach, accessable via train or car, known for its galleries and shopping.

Close at hand, Swanpool Beach is joined by the golden sands of Gyllyngvase and Maenporth, while Trebah Garden and nearby Glendurgan Garden provide tranquil escapes among winding paths and exotic planting.

Ash Barn makes a fine base for enjoying this much-loved corner of Cornwall.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
