    You need to make it clear this is a very large urbanisation. Front door lock is temperamental, difficult to turn the key. We were provided with 1 X toilet roll and 1 X bin bag for an 11 night stay for 2 adults. The circular picnic table outside, although lovely, is not ideal to relax on. There were two very small folding wooden chairs and two very small folding fabric chairs, not what you'd expect and we would not use them. Generally not good enough unfortunately. Good points: I did like the opening onto the patio. Only used the nearby site bar once so cannot comment. Good location for Maenpool which is gorgeous. The Trelly pub is great! 20 minute walk. We slept well so the beds must be ok. Nice useable kitchen with utensils. There is a large fenced playing field just a minute walk away with football goals, kids play area. As no one was on there it was ideal to let our dog have a run, the only place the dog could have a run in the area. On the whole, our holiday was great, just a shame the points above took the edge off the stay but little points that can be addressed.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
