Upon entering through the porch, you will be greeted by the cosy sitting room with two large, plush sofas.

The kitchen comes finished in lovely oak fixtures and modern appliances and also looks out onto the rear enclosed garden where a spot of alfresco dining is recommended.

Hosting three well-appointed bedrooms here, this property satisfies a varying choice of bedroom layout; a family room with 3 singles, a double and a twin.

Completing the interior is the generous family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Outside the enclosed garden makes this home ideal for parties with small children or pets.

Fistral Beach with all its surfing and beach activities is within walking distance, while there’s still five more stunning beaches within Newquay, meaning that you can almost visit a different beach every day of the week.

If you fancy dining out, then find a wealth of restaurants in and around the town centre including the magnificent Lewinnick Loge on Pentire and the Fern Pit Café overlooking Crantock Bay.

Feed the animals at Newquay Zoo or get close up with exotic underwater species at the Blue Reef Aquarium.

For bigger attractions, head inland the biomes of the Eden Project, or visit the cobbled city of Truro for a change of pace.

With something for everyone, make your Newquay retreat a memorable one with a stay in 4 Bredon Court.
