The apartment’s location is fantastic as it’s so close to the beach, while being a couple of minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The apartment is at the back of the building away from the main road and is therefore very quiet. The only noise is the seagulls!! The apartment is clean, bright, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen included everything we needed, and the Cornish Cream Tea on arrival was much appreciated. Our one-year-old also loved the apartment and the travel cot and highchair provided were a huge help. With prams you have to use the front of the building as the back has a lot of steps. A resident showed us the easiest way to get in with a pram which is to go through the garage and then use the lift. The only negative thing I can think of - which isn’t even about this apartment in particular - is that the whole building exterior needs a clean or lick of paint. It just affected our first impression slightly but once we were inside the beautiful apartment that was all forgotten. We would definitely return... to be honest we didn’t ever want to leave!
