The property

This remarkable, detached cottage of Sienna is located in a gated community on the fringes of Carnon Downs, Cornwall.

Sienna is a fantastic base for a family of four's Cornish escape, with access to an array of on-site facilities.

When you arrive, leave your car in one of the off-road parking spaces and soak up this lovely, delightful location.

When you go into this wonderful dwelling, you'll notice the stylish décor in the open-plan living room, where a sitting area offers you seating in front of the Smart TV.

Climb the stairs to the mezzanine kitchen/diner, appreciating the vaulted ceilings with exposed beams along the way, where the appointed chef will find ample food preparation space and a range of high-quality appliances.

When it's time to tuck into dinner, enjoy it with the rest of the family at the adjacent dining table or on your private balcony, where you can take in the stunning views of the countryside; after dinner, why not try one of the lovely treats provided in the welcome hamper?

Return to the ground level to discover a convenient cloakroom and a utility room with a freezer and washer/dryer.

When it's time to sleep, head down to the lower ground floor, where you'll find two fantastic bedrooms, one a zip/link super-king-size boasting an en—suite shower room and the other a light and airy twin, thanks to its high ceiling and Velux window; both bedrooms come with crisp linen, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The family bathroom is nearby, where you can bathe in the bubbles or savour a refreshing shower after long day of sightseeing.

The resort is in a fantastic position, with heated pools, the on site bar/restaurant, a children's play area, and lots more all within walking distance.

A short journey east will bring you to Carnon Downs, where all of your necessities rest in one convenient location, including a convenience shop and pub, as well as being close to the National Trust's exquisite Tressick Garden and the Roundwood's walking trails.

Truro is within easy reach and has plenty to see and do, including the fascinating Royal Cornwall Museum and the breath-taking Truro Cathedral, as well as the beautiful Victoria Gardens and Boscawen Park.

There's an abundance of sights to see in the surrounding region, with the towns of St Agnes, Roseland, and Penwith Heritage Coasts, as well as the Lizard Peninsula, providing plenty of seaside escapades.

An amazing stay all year-round, choose Sienna.
