  • “Pennywort cottage is an absolute delight.”

Despite the mixed weather (typical British summer), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in North Cornwall. A beautiful, well equipped cottage, close to local amenities and in a perfect location to explore the rugged North Cornish coast. The cottage is cozy, comfy and clean (with extra covid procedures). It had everything we needed for the week and much more. As with the weather we were able to both sit outside and enjoy the sunshine as well as snuggle up in front of the log burner during the storms ...

Safe to say we are aga/"everhot" converts.... Food (mainly local produce) tasted soo good being cooked on it, and it helped dry our socks after a day on the beach. It's location is brilliant, ten minute walk into Camelford and within 30min drive of all the North coastal towns/beaches. We even had a sunset picnic at Trebawith Strand. Wouldn't hesitate in staying at the Pennywort again. I can't say enough nice things about this place... Only downside was having to leave and come home.
