    “This holiday lodge is in a lovely, peaceful setting - very close to Truro and a good location to drive to other attractions in Cornwall.”

    It is accessible with a ramp to the front door, an accessible bathroom and all rooms on one level - so perfect for us as one family member has very limited mobility. The kitchen was really well equipped and great to have outdoor space for eating. The welcome instructions focus on the practical but it would have been nice to have some local recommendations for restaurant/pub/attractions. And finally, the bare minimum is provided in terms of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning ...

A magnificent, contemporary Eco Lodge located not far from the magnificent Cornish city of Truro This is a great place to stay year-round for everyone because it has warm, welcoming living areas, two bathrooms, and a wet room that is accessible to those in wheelchairs.

Killiow Estate Lodges

Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
