A lovely, solid, warm well equipped granite house in an isolated situation but with other people living opposite so you are not entirely by yourself if you don't like complete isolation. Do not rely on Google maps because it would take you to a different farm. Instead follow the written instructions for initial access. Some lovely sun rises over the sea from the house. Take wood for fire if you want the log burner lit as you only get a starter. I believe the rubbish collection is private and everything must be in bags, not loose. There is no provision for plastic, glass, cardboard etc, but there are collection bins at various car parks. If you have never driven Cornish lanes before, be prepared. An experience! The flowers on the coastal path was beautiful. We took an infant and cot and high chair and guard for fire was provided but you need vigilance with the youngster on the stairs. We had a great week but then we were ok with the isolation and access track. Would we go back? Yes!
