On arrival the garden was well overgrown and a real mess, the shed was full of bags of rubbish which smelt from previous occupy. Opening the cottage door there was a strong smell of damp we had to open all windows downstairs. The hot water in the taps was only in the kitchen, none supplied to downstairs toilet and to the upstairs bathroom no hot water feed as all. Upstairs bedroom neat and tidy, shower was good. Monday morning. Almighty bang the night storage heater came off the wall luckily no one was hurt. The owner had what's app me with key code which was different to one you supplied. Sent her picture's of the heater. Wednesday morning an electrician came from Plymouth to remove the one at the top of the landing and at the base of the stairs. I have taken pictures as carpet needs refitting and the tiles need making good downstairs. Some floor boards are lose as well. The electrician was shocked at the cottage said it should be rented out. In the drawer under the cooker I found water in the drawer, there is is damp coming up the wall on the Black slate tile steps between kitchen and sitting room.. When windows closed in the evening the damp smell was there which made my husband cough. We came home a day early also it said to put the washing on before we left we didn't do this this as we left early , also before the laundry was collected on change day. No note of bin day either. I have taken pictures of all areas if you need anymore details.
