The property

With stunning sea and countryside views over Marazion and Mounts Bay, this immaculate cottage sits on the edge of the pretty village of Ludgvan.

Perfectly positioned between Penzance and St Ives - both popular with food and art lovers, it makes the ideal location to experience the magic of Far West Cornwall.

With a wealth of activity nearby, take your pick from any one of the many spectacular beaches including Porthcurno, Sennen and Praa Sands. Closer to home, only a mile away is the ancient and charming town of Marazion where wide stretches of sandy beaches and the legendary St Michaels mount await you.

Water sports including kayaking, wind surfing and sailing can be enjoyed.

For a more relaxing approach to your day, amble over the cobbled causeway to the Mount (jump on the ferry at high tide) and spend the day making sand castles on the soft sandy beach or explore the rock pools.

Enjoy browsing the many art galleries and gift shops and stop at some of the many of the cafés and restaurants for some refreshment, suited to all budgets.

If you prefer to keep it simple, there is a traditional village pub renowned for its Cornish Cuisine a short stroll from the cottage. Hillcrest is ideal for walkers with easy access to the South West Coastal Path and its breath-taking views of the Cornish coastline.

The famous St Michael's Way, linking Marazion and St Ives passes the cottage revealing many mythical ancient sites en route.

You will also find 5 stunning coastal golf courses within a short drive. Sea views across Mount's Bay can be admired from the two comfortable double bedrooms and the sitting room whilst the twin bedroom looks out over the sunny rear garden.

The well equipped kitchen comes complete with a Rayburn to keep you cosy in the winter months.
