Babblebrook Cottage sits close to the village reception and outdoor children’s play area, overlooking a shared lawn and the little stream which runs through the village.
Warm and welcoming throughout, the cottage has been thoughtfully presented with lots of creature comforts to make you feel right at home.
From the front door, step straight into the open plan living area and kitchen, tastefully furnished with quality furniture and calming neutral tones.
Patio doors lead directly from the sitting area to the private sun terrace, a lovely feature with outdoor seating.
Children can play safely on the shared lawn beyond.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms – one of which can be presented as either a double or single truckle bed, affording flexible accommodation.
When you are ready to explore, Maenporth beach is just a 15-minute walk away through the valley.
With a beach café and shop, and excellent conditions for kayaking, this beach is very popular with families.
The nearby maritime town of Falmouth is home to an eclectic range of shops and some fantastic restaurants and waterside inns, as well as the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle and the Ships & Castles fun pool, which children will simply love!

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
