“The property was not as nice as I expected it to be, especially after looking at the photos when booking.”

There was damp on the bathroom ceiling, this is due to the extractor fan not working. The light shade in the back double bedroom was smashed. Several lights did not work. There was a sugar bowl in the cupboard that had gone solid. Around the coving were spiders and webs! Despite the negatives nothing effected my holiday. They are mainly cosmetic and can be easily rectified. ...

On a positive note, there was a nice welcome of Cornish biscuits, tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. Beds are uber comfy and warm. Towels that were supplied were soft. All kitchen equipment available and extra bits in the cupboard such as clothes horse and high chair. The actually site is lovely and very well maintained. A friendly bar which is reasonably priced and good food served.
