The property

Overlooking pretty planted communal gardens to the rear and conveniently situated near the centre of the village, is Breeze Cottage.

This beautifully styled two bedroom mid terrace house boasts stylish accommodation with contemporary furniture throughout.

French windows from the sitting room open to a delightful terrace with picnic table for alfresco dining and loveseat for appreciating an evening sun downer.

The well equipped kitchen has ample working space and the dining area which has a table to seat four.

Upstairs are two New England style bedrooms together with a family bathroom.

There is allocated parking for one car plus visitor parking. You will find Breeze Cottage on the south side of the Village, set close to the stream which runs the length of the grounds.

The sound of the stream as it winds its way toward the cove will ease you into your holiday, children can play Pooh Sticks on the ornate wooden bridge while you relax on your terrace.

As with all of the cottages, you are just a short walk from the Village amenities including the indoor splash pool and gym.

Benefiting from the afternoon sun, the village terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy refreshments.

The Village of Gardens is equidistant between Maenporth and Swanpool beaches.

Everyone loves Swanpool for the cafe, sand and swimming while Maenporth is perhaps a little more relaxed but equally as special; both offer fantastic restaurants and sandy shores so you really are spoilt for choice. North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.

Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the Truro River.

About the location

FALMOUTH

Mabe 3 miles; Penryn 2 miles; Truro 11 miles.

The small, rural community of Budock Water is situated just to the west of Falmouth and close to all the attractions this beautiful area has to offer. There are many riverside pubs and restaurants scattered through the area in which to relax after a day's exploring and several beaches nearby, whilst excellent sailing and watersports on the river estuary and Helford River are available just 3 miles down the road. Canoe hire is available at Maenporth and Swanpool, with Maenporth also offering diving courses, while the area is great for cycling, with bike hire available 5 miles away at Bissoe. The delightful town of Falmouth is close by, where you can ride the King Harry ferry to St. Mawes. Several National Trust properties and the world-renowned gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are just three and half miles away, whilst the wooded trails along the misty river creeks and inlets will keep visitors occupied for days. An absolute haven for nature lovers and those passionate about the sea or simply a great place to unwind!
