The property

Within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches close to Falmouth, Starfish Cottage nestles in the picturesque grounds of Pendra Loweth.

Overlooking communal lawns for children and pets to play safely, this well presented retreat boasts a southerly spot with its own suntrap patio terrace - a happy place for lazy breakfasts, coffee and sundowner drinks.

The well designed interior of this mid terrace cottage is open plan with sitting area with a contemporary seaside vibe to kick back and relax, a dining area and kitchen - ideal for socialising and foodie feasts.

The first floor hosts two bedrooms for a good nights sleep, a double and a twin bedroom for both adults and children, plus a family bathroom, with walk in shower. The shared on-site facilities are all within an easy stroll with two all weather tennis courts, plus football and basketball nets.

Enjoy a gym workout or take a dip in the splash pool.

In attractive grounds displaying flora and woodlands of oak trees, the Village of Gardens promises a prime position close to Falmouth's beautiful beaches and resort attractions.

From Maenporth or Swanpool ramble the South West Coastal Path to glorious Gyllyngvase Beach for a seaside picnic.

Visit the much loved maritime resort of Falmouth with museums, art galleries and historic Pendennis Castle or enjoy a boat trip across the River Fal heading for Truro - this cobbled cathedral capital has fabulous shops, a cinema and a theatre providing entertainment for all ages.

FALMOUTH

Mabe 3 miles; Penryn 2 miles; Truro 11 miles.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
