The property

This terraced cottage provides comfortable accommodation within The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth, just 3 miles from Falmouth.

Pendra Loweth is a purpose built village of privately owned self-catering holiday cottages.

This property is on the south side of the village and backs onto a stream.

The onsite facilities include tennis courts, children's outdoor play area, an indoor plunge pool (seasonal opening hours) and gym making this perfect for families as well as the Village terrace which is a great place to relax and enjoy refreshments.

On the ground floor of the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a downstairs cloakroom with basin and WC.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is another bedroom and a family bathroom.

The double doors lead from the living area to the patio which is enclosed and equipped with a picnic bench and BBQ.

The Village of Gardens is equidistant between Maenporth and Swanpool beaches.

Swanpool is popular for the sand and swimming while Maenporth is a little more relaxed but equally as special; both offer fantastic restaurants and sandy shores so you really are spoilt for choice.

North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.

Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the river towards Truro.

Perfectly situated to discover all of Cornwall's fascinating history, Stream Side is an ideal spot for all year round.
