The property

This heart-warming cottage is the perfect choice for a family holiday, close to the village of Falmouth, with its old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and National Maritime Museum.

Whether you are looking to uncover the leisure facilities on site, adventure into the depths of Cornwall, or simply relax indoors, Tranquility is the place to be.

As you enter the cottage, spend some time in the open-plan living area, divided between a cosy lounge, and a kitchen/diner, elevated by natural light flowing in through the window, and comfy furnishings.

For a peaceful night's sleep you will be spoilt for choice between the two bedrooms on offer, the first hosts 4 poster double 4ft 6 bed with a 2000 pocket sprung mattress, whilst the second includes a twin room.

The vibrant yet soothing colour schemes tie the rooms together well.

A fabulously designed bathroom with contemporary fittings completes the interior, along with a cloakroom, which is located on the ground floor.

Outside, make the most of the patio area with its collection of garden furniture, BBQ and shared lawn area perfect for when the sun is shining.

You will be intrigued by the leisure facilities on-site including a tennis court, gym, jacuzzi, and small splash pool, available for guests to use during peak holiday season.

For those who like to walk, take the bridle path to Maenporth, this will take around 40 minutes.

Discover pretty Swanpool sandy beach or the quaint fishing villages, or the larger town of Falmouth with its yacht marinas, and array of shops, galleries, museums and restaurants.

Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy numerous walking and cycling opportunities in the area, or even a game of golf on the neighbouring course.

Tranquility lives up to its name.
