    Couple of minutes walk to buses to Penzance or St Ives. Kitchen was clean with all essential equipment. If chilly electric radiators soon warmed the house up. The feed back book found same faults: Smell of damp but I suppose in an old stone cottage that is probably unavoidable, but was noticeable all the time even with windows open. Enjoy a summer's evening outside within the rear enclosed garden, before heading out for dinner within the centre of Marazion, situated at a mere stone's throw away.

You will also find a shop close by which is perfect for picking up any holiday treats that you may fancy.

For days out, you will find an abundance of things to keep you busy.

If you are feeling adventurous, why not challenge yourself to one of the many watersports that the sandy beach offers.

Alternatively, hop on a boat to visit the wonderful St Michael's Mount, where you can spend an afternoon exploring a medieval church, a castle and gardens.

Chy An Meneth is an excellent base for a family getaway to the coast.
