    “This is a fabulous apartment.”

Everything we could have wanted, probably the best we have rented, pity it was not quite as described, We had no TV, the owner came on three occasions to try and fix it to no avail. Considering the cost of the holiday perhaps he could have called in an engineer. We also had no wifi from Monday, inconvenient but not life changing. The owners were very nice people but we feel we did not get full value at the price we paid.

Thanks Gary for your feedback.Very disappointing to get the LOWEST ever score we've had in 15 years of our letting the property. Totally understand why you've given us a low score. You unfortunately had issues with the TV and difficulty getting on to the internet.Despite my coming over to go through everything with you and ensuring everything was working on 2 occasions ,I am really disappointed that this had a negative impact on your feedback. This is the first issue we've had .I will have a look at the instructions I leave for our valued guests to ensure that our future guests don't have your experience . Disappointed you didn't tell me that after my visits that you were still having issues. Our subsequent guests are enjoying the TV and the internet. Again really disappointed for you both. Its never ever our intention for our guests to not have anything other than a great stay. Property Owner

Drive ten miles to the picture-perfect harbour town of St Ives with its charming streets and thriving art scene of quirky gift shops, galleries and divine restaurants and foodie inns, beaches of glorious golden sand and exhilarating coastal walks.
