    “Our second stay already this year and we were blessed with much better weather.”

    We managed a few relatively easy walks from the barn to Maenporth beach and a slightly longer coast path walk to Helford passage. The barn was immaculate and really well equipped. It's cosy, stylish and so peaceful. You can have as much excitement or peace as you see fit. The only limiting factor is beyond the capacity of the owners, and that is public transport is limited. That said it's not a difficult drive into Falmouth, Porthleven or Praa sands. The owners and the Gardner are lovely. A ...

Boskensoe Barns

Head to the sought-after village of Mawnan Smith and along an idyllic country lane to this cluster of five boutique barn conversions (including Pig House ref: 966634, Mill House ref: 965738, The Stable ref: 966635, and The Long House ref: 966636, positioned in a pretty courtyard, and The Granary ref: 1040635 ), all surrounded by mellow countryside setting on a working farm. Guests will love the luxury of this location which combines the simplicity of rural life with easy access to the South Cornish coast path and beaches. The beautiful creeks and woodlands of the Helford are under a ten minute drive. You can hire a motor boat, kayak or dinghy, explore the Helford Passage on water and stop for a sumptuous seafood lunch and a refreshing hand-crafted Cornish ale at the waterfront Ferryboat Inn.
