“On the property description it said it would be available by 5pm.”

I didn’t get a text telling me what the code was until after 5.30pm when I had to phone up a couple of times to ask for it. The welcome pack would have been nice to have in a physical form in the property so it was there for everyone to read when you first arrive. It was late being sent via email aswell. A bedroom window was unable to open, all the heating was left on when we arrived and it was a very sunny and warm day so we struggled to sleep that evening as it took too long for it to cool ...

I didn’t get a text telling me what the code was until after 5.30pm when I had to phone up a couple of times to ask for it. The welcome pack would have been nice to have in a physical form in the property so it was there for everyone to read when you first arrive. It was late being sent via email aswell. A bedroom window was unable to open, all the heating was left on when we arrived and it was a very sunny and warm day so we struggled to sleep that evening as it took too long for it to cool down. The carpet on the stairs was very rough and not ideal. Fridge was quite small for a week’s worth of food and drink. The location of the property was fantastic, being so close to all the amenities. It was nice to have a parking pass included and it was only a short walk to the main car park. It was a good base for our holiday as we were walking the coastal path. Nice bonus to have some little outdoor space aswell.
