“We have just returned from a week in Seagull Cottage, it was a lovely little cottage nestled a quiet courtyard just back from the Harbour.”

I would say that I take on board some of the other comments the main one being the bright outside light that floods the bedroom we had to buy travel eye masks just to be able to sleep. I definitely would reccomend that a new hover is required as the one in the property is very poor. The cottage was well equipped and felt very homely. I would reccomend this cottage but please be aware the stairs are steep and a little slippy under foot. The ground floor is tiled throughout and is very cold under foot so bring your slippers! A pretty cosy cottage that would benefit from some improvements but still a lovely holiday cottage. We have already re booked to come back to Mevagissey next February but we have booked a different cottage with Sykes.

Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your recent stay at Seagull Cottage. There is a blind in the bedroom which will block out any outside light. Our photographs do show that the floor is tiled in the kitchen/dining area and in the text we advise that the stairs in the cottage are steep, open tread stairs, which the photographs also confirm. We will ask the housekeeper if she could check the hoover. We are pleased that you have already booked to come back to Mevagissey next year and hope that you have a lovely time. Owner relations
