The property

This stone-fronted cottage, 15 Boscaswell Downs, is located in the centre of Pendeen, a lovely community in West Cornwall.

The cottage, which sleeps four people and is surrounded by a variety of attractions and popular seaside routes, is ideal for a family vacation.

Make use of the off-road parking at 15 Boscaswell Downs while walking across the front lawn and into the homestyle property.

When you enter the inviting sitting area, you'll find yourself in a comfortable location, nestled in front of the woodburning stove, TV, and an enticing selection of literature, providing the ideal setting for a relaxed evening.

Moving on to the kitchen/diner, make it your social hub by gathering around the folding dining table, cooking a family dinner, or simply planning your upcoming travels along the Cornish coast.

The charming village of Pendeen is situated on the Penwith Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty, in North West Cornwall. There is also a wonderful lighthouse tucked away from the centre of the village, where you can marvel at the most spectacular sea views, stretching for miles. Perfect for exploring this lesser-known area of the county, there are so many fantastic things to see and do; from exploring the rugged coastline to pulling on your walking boots and criss-crossing the beautiful countryside, with public footpaths at every turn!
