Located on the top floor of the east wing of the Ocean 1 Development on the beautiful Pentire Peninsula, this lovely apartment offers views across Fistral Beach and is within walking distance to Newquay.

The lift will take you up to the second floor where you can leave your beach equipment and walking boots before entering the generous open-plan living room.

Upon entry, the spacious living quarter offers the comfort of two sofas and a dining table finished in oak.

When it comes to cooking, the kitchen furnished with cream units and steel touches bring a sense of modernity and style to your space.

Take a step outside onto the sheltered balcony where a comfortable sitting area offers you the perfect place to take in the view.

Why not take dinner outside while you can feast upon the golden sunset.

The accommodation provides three bedrooms; a king size double with an en suite, a double and a twin both close to the family bathroom.

Finished in tiles, the attractive family bathroom boasts an overhead shower in the bath.

The award-winning Fistral Beach with all its surfing and beach activities is only a few minutes’ walk away while the South West Coastal Path and the beautiful Atlantic views is an opportunity you can’t miss.

Fistral Beach is not only known for its prestigious surfing but the wide choice of excellent restaurants and cafés will leave you spoilt for choice – Rick Steins Fish and Chips, Seaspray and The Stable are a few worthy mentions.

The convenience of the location means that everything you need is within walking distance – simply leave the car in the car park and venture out on foot.

A contemporary apartment in a lovely location makes a brilliant and easy seaside holiday.

The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches.
