“Have no problems with the cottage but people considering booking Porthcurno beware, 10 mins from the beach is accurate is you are Royal Commando trained especially the walk back, the Cafe had strange opening hours and obviously did not want to cook breakfast as it didn’t open until 11am and the real killer described as a 5 min walk to pub was accurate but the Pub has closed down, Sykes remove that listing would not have booked if I was aware.”

The property

Sublime white sands, azure waters and dramatic headlands are within a few minutes walk of Garden Apartment.

Close to the beautiful cove and beach at Porthcurno and nestled in a glorious valley setting, this fabulous holiday bolthole will appeal to families, friends and couples.

Perfect for hazy days beside the sea, swimming, surfside picnics and exploring the cliff paths - there is a myriad of adventures to be had around the shoreline.

Visit the magical open air Minack Theatre, carved from the cliff face against the backdrop of ocean and sky - book in advance for a performance, come sunshine or showers.

Characterful Mousehole is a 20 minute drive away, with little harbour arced with galleries, eateries and traditional inns.

The colourful resort of Penzance sits in Mounts Bay, also home to the bustling fishing port of Newlyn and the incredibly picturesque landmark attraction of St Michael's Mount.

Lands End's dramatic contrast of seascape and rugged cliffs is just three miles away with attractions for all ages.

Continue around the coast and Sennen Cove, perfect for surfing, is less than 5 miles away.

Within paces of the scenic coastal footpath, museum and tennis courts, Garden Apartment boasts spacious, super comfy, well presented ground floor accommodation and makes a great retreat from which to explore the north and south Cornish coasts.

The private, exclusively for guests use garden makes a perfect sunspot for a morning coffee, sunshine snack or for little ones to play.

The interior offers a welcoming sitting room, open-plan to the dining area - a space to socialise with a cream tea.

The kitchen has all the mod cons for whipping up a feast, the family bathroom is ideal for washing away sandy toes and the bedrooms are serene in decor - a restful spot to relax after a fun filled day by the ocean.
