“Fantastic cottage loads of space in the garden for the kids and the owner was very helpful”

The property

Ivy Cottage is a beautifully converted barn in the little hamlet of Relubbus on the River Hayle, situated near the Cornish town of Marazion, with access to the spectacular shoreline on the south coast.

Perfectly suited to families and friends, Ivy Cottage boasts an open-plan living design with vaulted ceilings and French doors opening out to the sunny garden, filling the space with natural light.

The modern kitchen runs along the back wall of the room and there is a dining table which seats five guests.

A set of bedrooms have been designed flexibly to suit parties of different sizes; the double adjoins an en-suite shower room, and there is also a lovely double room and a single bedroom.

All of the rooms in this Cornwall holiday let enjoy the outlook across the garden to the rolling, picturesque countryside.

The natural atmosphere brings peace and tranquility which contradicts the bustling south coast, just moments away.

Immediately to the front of the barn is a private terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue for you to dine alfresco.

Nearby, the sandy beach at Perranuthnoe rests alongside the delightful coastal village hosting a local pub, craft shop and cafes.

The area of Praa Sands, popular with surfers and families, is a walker's paradise with a three mile long stroll along the river bank leading to the head of the Hayle estuary on the North coast.
