The property

This modern, new home, finished and presented to a high specification throughout, stands within the owner’s grounds who live opposite, a short 10 minute walk from the centre of the Cornish village of St Agnes.

Perfect as a base for a seaside family holiday, Little Pentire is also pet friendly, as there are a number of other residents in the grounds, including alpacas, donkeys, horses and the owners friendly dog.

A spacious and airy, modern design with skylights flooding the open plan living space with light, the sitting area is centrally positioned facing a stylish dining space and corner woodburner for added cosiness for cooler evenings and off season breaks.

A sofa bed tucked away in the corner of the room adds versatility to this attractive property where you will also find two beautifully presented bedrooms, one king-size and one with bunk beds.

There is a smart, white modern bathroom and a useful utility room.

Outside you have your very own private enclosed courtyard garden and also access to the owners large garden with a skateboard ramp that can be used at own risk.

Children will love to meet the animals, however this should always be under the owner’s supervision.

A 10 minute walk will take you to two beaches.

The sandy Trevaunance Cove which is lifeguarded in the summer months and where dogs are welcome all year round, and the small pebbly cove at Trevellas.

St Agnes has everything you need in its thriving village centre including a bakery, coffee shops, butchers, greengrocers and newsagents and there are also several good pubs and restaurants for eating out including Driftwood Spars voted one of the Top 50 UK pubs and is also home to a micro brewery.

This area is a spectacular walking region with the Heritage North Coast Path and cliff walks for those wishing to explore on foot.

For a change of scenery, the beaches of Perranporth and Porthtowan are close by and for a day trip to enjoy some retail therapy the city of Truro is under 10 miles.
