The property

Manege Cottage sits in a tranquil country setting close to beautiful beaches, coves and resorts on the north Cornish coastline.

Spoilt for a choice of coastal delights for swimming, surfing, rock-pooling and boating, there are many sandy beaches to discover.

Porthtowan, Perranporth, Porth Chapel and Trevaunance Cove at St Agnes are all reached within five miles.

Hire surf gear and take lessons to ride the waves or simply relax in one of the beach cafes and inns with good food, Cornish ale and an ocean backdrop.

Ramble and explore the cliff top paths that guarantee panoramic seascapes, amazing sunsets and glorious countryside.

Inland, take a trip to Truro, the cobbled city with magnificent Cathedral, cinema and theatre, plus shops, boutiques and galleries.

There are restaurants offering varied cuisine for all tastes, coffee houses and pasty emporiums! Manege Cottage makes a superb bolthole for couples seeking a rural retreat within easy reach of coastal and inland attractions.

The accommodation, part of the owners home with separate private entrance, is all on the ground floor with an open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and dining area.

From the living room, doors open out onto the paved patio; a sunshine spot with garden table and chairs for lazy breakfasts, nibbles and sundowner tipples.

The mature garden is pretty and guests are welcome to enjoy this space too, shared with the owners.

The bedroom oozes comfort for good sleeps and the wet-room is great for those sandy toes.

After a day in the Cornish air, Silverwell Forge Annex makes a delightful homely retreat for couples seeking recreation and relaxation.

Babes in arms welcome.
