The property

The Studio is a quaint one bedroom cottage that lies nestled along a quiet farm lane, opposite St Kew Gold Course, near Wadebridge in Cornwall.

Hidden amongst the foliage, The Studio is the perfect base for a romantic escape away from the rush of everyday life.

Set solely over the ground floor, the cottage offers a partitioned double bedroom leading from the open plan living area, which consists of a compact kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Although it may lack in size, the cottage offers a welcoming ambiance and cosy layout that helps ease you into your holiday.

Snuggle up near the alluring gas stove with a good film and a glass of wine.

Just off to the side of the kitchen is the smart slate-tiled shower room and the generous utility room which is useful for storage.

To the rear of the property is a small patio area that is a fantastic spot to catch some rays of sunshine.

Enjoy a round at St Kew Golf Club and after stroll up the lane to the clubhouse for a delicious meal.

Appealing to beach lovers and walkers alike, Wadebridge offers a selection of stunning beaches, including Rock Beach, Daymer Bay and Polzeath, as well as being the gateway town to one of the most popular recreational routes in the country - the Camel Trail.

Nearby is the picturesque village of Polzeath, where you can enjoy more sand and shingle beaches, along with some quality waterfront restaurants.
