The cottage commences with a homely kitchen continuing through to a light, airy dining area which includes seating for four people, and views over towards the neighbors field.
The dining room comprises of an AGA cooker, which sits within an arched stone fireplace, and the sitting room is centred by a woodburning stove.
Make your way up to the first floor to be welcomed by the three bedrooms; as well as a double and twin set-up, there is also a bunk room providing access to a fantastic decked balcony with sea views on clear days, and also the exceptional family bathroom.
For your convenience, a shower room is situated on the ground floor too.
Outdoors, the garden is home to a delightful pond with its own resident frogs.
There is a picnic table with a barbecue where you can enjoy dining in the fresh air, and a patio by the front door with a table and two chairs for a sunny morning.
For the energetic, the Coast Path passes through the village and in both directions it winds its way along the cliffs and down to the water’s edge through dramatic countryside.
Head north along the path and in 2.5 miles is the beautiful village of Boscastle with its quaint quay and village pubs for refreshment.
Further afield are the surfing meccas of Newquay and Bude, with their resort attractions.
