At the head of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, this ancient village with its long main street of old Cornish cottages and houses is perfectly placed for exploring the region’s many attractions. The world famous Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth, Charlestown historic maritime village and the Cathedral city of Truro with its shopping centre, cobbled streets, restaurants and theatre are all within 10 miles. Nearby are several safe, sandy beaches and the coastal path winds its way over the cliffs and down among the coves through some of the UK’s most spectacular scenery, plus there are several Michelin starred restaurants within easy reach.
