We just couldn't fault this cosy, comfortable property.
The welcome basket was the most generous we've ever seen, full of delicious local treats. The accommodation is spacious, with comfortable furnishings, cosy beds, a well equipped kitchen, a log burner with a huge supply of logs and kindling, a large secure garden with lovely garden furniture, and countryside views for miles. The parking is roadside but not a problem at all as its a very quiet village. The coastal path, Tintagel, two excellent pubs, and beaches are all a short walk away.
A lot of effort and thought has gone into making Hilldene as comfortable as possible for guests. Dogs are also made most welcome with treats, beds, towels, and poo bags provided. We just loved it, so much so we plan to return later in the year. Thank you!
