    Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Cream tea and fresh flowers a lovely treat. Great location, short drive to fantastic beaches. Local pub serving good food 5 minutes walk.

When you can tear yourself away from this wonderful base, enjoy a morning walk watching the sunrise over the River Camel, before find a fantastic host of amenities in the town of Wadebridge just a mile's stroll away; here you will find inviting pubs and restaurants to take your pick from for a hearty lunch, as well as a scatter of shops where you can pick up some treats for a family picnic along the waterside.

There are so many wonderful walking routes in the area for those seeking a more challenging stroll, with the Camel Trail running from the town offering 17 miles of wonderful route to explore by foot, bike or even horseback.

If you follow the Camel Trail as far as Padstow be sure to plan a delicious lunch at one of the famous restaurants owned by celebrity chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth or spend some time browsing the boutique shops and galleries.

Venturing to the nearby coast is a must, and this is a great location with a choice of brilliant golden sandy beaches to explore all within a 20 minute drive, you could choose from Polzeath, Treyarnon, Harlyn, Constantine, Daymer Bay to name just a few – almost a different one for each day of the week.
