“Beautiful place to stay for the week with our dog.”

Only thing to note would be it’s maybe not as suitable for a nervous dog as there’s lots of dogs on the farm which bark and the possibility of dogs in adjoining properties without full fence boundaries.

The property

Within eight miles of the Cornish Atlantic coastline, Kocha fuses scenic countryside with big beautiful beaches, rugged coves and inland attractions all within a short drive.

With its very own hot tub, enclosed terrace patio and interior combining character and all the home comforts, this coach house conversion makes a great bolthole for couples seeking romantic rendezvous, rest and relaxation.

Set around an attractive former stable yard of seven cottages on a working beef/cereal farm with rural views, Kocha offers rambles, picnics and dog walking amidst an acre of communal lawns, with shared central courtyard and generous gazebo with big barbecue for alfresco feasts.

There are three complimentary onsite fishing ponds - so bring your rods!

With the coast less than a 20 minute drive away promising golden sand and super surf, return after a days play to a decadent dip in your exclusive hot tub with your favourite tipple.

Centrally positioned in Cornwall, Kocha is perfectly placed for exploring all of Cornwall's coastlines.

The popular seaside resort of Perranporth is eight miles away with large sandy beach, cafe, shops, restaurants and inns.

Newquay is famed for its surf, so hire gear and take lessons or enjoy spectacular cliff top walks at Holywell Bay.

Sail at Loe Beach near Feock or play tennis in Truro, or peruse the galleries and shops, with cinema and theatre too and the stunning Gothic Cathedral.

There is an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and inns for all tastes.

Board the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, tee off at one of the golf courses or walk the scenic Trewithen landscaped parkland.

Kocha boasts a well presented and spacious interior.

The open plan living room with wood burner delivers a welcoming space for cosy coupling, with well equipped kitchen and dining area for romantic meals-for-two.

Recline on leather sofas, open the French doors to the patio terrace or unwind in the hot tub with a glass of Shiraz.

The mezzanine first floor bedroom under the eaves guarantees restful sleeps; all the ingredients for a happy holiday! Kocha's patio can be linked to the neighboring cottage, Gwennel, giving two couples the opportunity to holiday together, yet retain some privacy.
