The property

The Tea House lies midway between Penzance and St Ives, just above the village of Ludgvan.

Sitting in a magical setting, this delightful, detached property overlooks a lily pond in the owner's fascinating four-acre woodland garden, full of rare and exotic plants and shrubs.

Although situated in the same grounds as two other detached properties we offer, The Cabin and Little Barn, it is completely separate with its own driveway and is in an extremely private setting.

Carefully converted from the owner's original artist's studio, the style is based on an oriental tea house which blends perfectly into its almost tropical setting.

Despite it's compact size (perfect for two), the living accommodation is really bright and roomy.

Outside , a large deck area provides the perfect place to sit and relax, allowing you to take in the views of the pond and surrounding garden Please note due to COVID 19 the shared utility room will be closed until further notice.
