You are a five minute walk from the beach at Widemouth Bay in this rather smart detached bungalow with sea glimpses and a private and enclosed south facing garden.

Situated just off the coast road, in a peaceful and private residential road, Camel Rock makes for the perfect seaside escape at any time of year!

A sought-after holiday destination, Widemouth Bay sits on Cornwall’s Atlantic coast with access to the South West coast path, a long sandy beach and pounding surf.

Amble back from the beach and relax in this coastal residence designed for couples and families.

Arranged on one level, from the entrance is a hall to a light and airy open plan living room which is instantly inviting with triple aspect windows, plump settees, modern kitchen and chunky dining table.

On warm days, through open French doors to the garden which offers a high degree of privacy, decked patio and table and chairs for alfresco meals and idle time.

The spacious master bedroom has a glimpse of the sea and the attractive twin bedroom is suitable to both adults and children.

Popular among surfers and bathers, Widemouth Bay Beach has been awarded Blue Flag status and is lifeguard patrolled by the RNLI during the peak season.

There are rock pools for little explorers and facilities for surf tuition and hire on the beach.

Take an early morning dip and then head to the beach cafe for a delicious pancake breakfast.

There are incredible walks from the front door and along the stunning coast path which passes close by.

The seaside resort of Bude with its twin beaches, sea-pool and beach huts also provides shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and is less than a 10 minute drive.

Or take a tranquil walk along the tow path of the Bude canal.

About the location

Bude 3 miles.

On the outskirts of Bude, this small coastal hamlet looks out over one of the area’s top surfing beaches. Famous for its rugged coastline, tumbling surf and excellent walking, it’s the place to relax and unwind. Lively Bude, with its town, beaches, clubs, pubs and resort attractions is 3 miles away, while to the north the Coast Path winds its way over the cliff tops toward the lonely lighthouse at Hartland Point, and on to the beautiful cliff side village of Clovelly. Take the main ‘Atlantic Highway’ north from Bude and you’ll also pass the Big Sheep and Milky Way theme parks, both great days out.
