“Thoroughly lovely cottage, in an idyllic setting that is almost something from a fantasy novel.”

The cottage itself was lovely, comfortable, fully equipped with all the necessary modern amenities. Truly the surroundings are what sets it apart though. Looking out from the conservatory you can see the lake and small woods, there is a small stream in the larger grounds of the farm. There is a Pub within walking distance( probably less than 5 minutes), which does very good food. As there is no pathway though, probably best to drive. I'm sure we will go back. A massive thank you to Trudi and Sam for such a warm welcome and memorable stay, and the delicious scones.
