“It would probably be helpful to state that Dunsley Mill Barn is some distance from shops, pub etc.”

This would be most ueful during the autumn/winter seasons.

The property

Arriving at Dunsley Mill, visitors will be captivated by the peace and tranquillity of this sheltered valley.

Surrounded by 30 acres the only sounds are the distant calls of owls and buzzards and the soothing trickle of water from the small river that runs through the grounds.

A perfect rural retreat, visitors to this charismatic barn conversion find it difficult to leave, the visitors book is testament to this where guests note their eagerness to return year on year.

Lovingly restored the barn is brimming with character and charm with restored timber beams, rich heritage colours and a large wood burning stove that nestles in the corner of the spacious open plan living room, where two large comfortable sofas will guarantee your supreme comfort and relaxation.

Separated from the living room by a useful breakfast bar the spacious kitchen is fully equipped to meet guest's ever need and to one side a separate dining space will guarantee family gatherings are a real social occasion.

Three charming bedrooms on the first floor are each dressed in delicate country fabrics, both double rooms enjoy wonderful views of the valley to the front of the barn.
