“Lovely accommodation in a great location - BUT the induction hob was faulty making cooking meals (miles from anywhere) very difficult and frustrating - we wasted so much time reading the instructions thinking it was our problem!”
However, an engineer arrived at the property without warning at 8am the morning we were leaving with a replacement hob. WHY weren’t we warned about the fault in advance of our arrival?! This spoiled our system our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re extremely sorry to hear of the disruption caused during your stay. The hob wasn’t faulty, however a lot of guests were struggling to use the hob so we took the decision to change it to a more manageable one for future bookings. We can only apologise for the maintenance team arriving at Pendower so early on the morning of your departure day. Unfortunately there seems to have been some mis-communication with the time as we always state to arrive after 10am. We understand this is not how you would’ve wanted the last day of your holiday to end and for this we sincerely apologise.
