The property

La Petit Maison is a charming, detached barn conversion nestled in the quaint town of St Columb Major in Cornwall.

Surrounded by fields of panoramic Cornish countryside, this two-bedroom property sleeps four, making it an ideal escape for small families, friend groups and one well-behaved pets (second pet upon request). Step into a beautifully-decorated, open-plan living/kitchen/dining space, lounge on the leather sofas by the woodburner as you watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV.

Make use of the breakfast bar and dining table to tuck into the delicious meals you’ll make in the well-equipped kitchen.

When the sun is shining, head out to the South facing garden with plenty of space and grill up a feast on the barbecue.

Unwind from the day in one of the upstairs, luxurious shower rooms, making sure to put your towel on the heated rail to keep it nice and toasty.

Head to bed in either of the two bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and a glorious view of the countryside from the Juliet balcony.

Newquay 7 miles; Padstow 9 miles.

An old and picturesque market town nestled among lush green countryside, just five miles from the North Cornish Coast. The resort attractions of Newquay includes bars, clubs, a zoo, vibrant shops, the National Surfing Centre and fabulous beaches are all just 7 miles away, while 9 miles in the other direction is the sleepy fishing port of Padstow. In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region's top beaches. The surrounding area is also a visitor’s paradise with much to see and do.
