The property

Resting in the seaside village and fishing port of Mevagissey, in the Cornish countryside, is this delightful ground-floor apartment.

Internally, the property has been renovated into a smart and warming retreat for couples seeking to explore the Cornish coastline.

Step inside to discover an open-plan living space wonderfully furnished with a lovely red sofa to cosy up and indulge in the wall-mounted TV.

This room offers an abundance of natural light with the large windows and fantastic views across the village and coastline.

The property has a compact fitted kitchen hosting a range of contemporary appliances for cooking up some delicious meals, with a small dining area to enjoy a hearty breakfast whilst planning the day's events.

Once the evening draws to a close, retire to the spacious double bedroom which has lovely bedside tables and lamps, ideal for some late night reading.

Enjoy a shower in the family shower room after a long and tiring day.

Nestled in the village of Mevagissey, you are a short stroll away from some traditional Cornish eateries and sample some of the local delicacies, or visit the local supermarket for picking up any essentials.

Further afield is the wonderful Lost Gardens of Heligan, historically famous for having been lost since the outbreak of WWI and were only rediscovered in the late 20th century.

The gardens stretch to 200-acres with a wealth of history to discover along the way, well-worth a visit.

Or choose to visit the world renowned Eden Project, home to large biomes housing a range of exotic plants from around the world, some of which are the only of its kind left.

The property is also located on the South West Coast Path, ideal for keen walkers and cyclists.

Resting on the coast, you are also within reach of some lovely sandy beaches where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon sunbathing, swimming or surfing!

Casa Del Mar is the ultimate holiday destination for a coastal retreat with your partner.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.
