Tamar Valley Resort offers great value accommodation in a scenic haven in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The villa-style accommodation is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Nestled deep in the heart of the Tamar Valley Resort, are the Manorcombe Bungalows - a collection of single storey holiday cottages designed with simplicity and practicality in mind. A very short walk from your door brings you to the indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, bar/restaurant, shop and reception - ideal for families looking to relax on site. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment including live music, quiz nights and karaoke plus sporting activities including archery, rock climbing, canoeing and abseiling (subject to seasonal opening times). Set back from the road, each property benefits from floor to ceiling windows showering the open plan living space with natural light. Newly refurbished, Manorcombe 17 is a contemporary holiday home positioned away from the main thoroughfare in a beautiful leafy setting. Guests here can unwind and relax in rural peace. Step inside and discover a smart and comfortable open plan living room, combining plump leatherette settees and an armchair with bold stripe feature wall paper. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a small dining table to cater for six guests. Leading from the open plan living room are three gorgeous bedrooms furnished with good quality beds and ample storage. Designed with families in mind, it is one of the few bungalows on-site to offer both a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Outside is a private patio with garden furniture for alfresco meals and idle time. A firm favourite among families, there are communal lawns for ball games, tennis courts, a children's outdoor play area and swimming is possible year round in either the outdoor or indoor pool!

Towels, bed linen and electric central heating included. One pet goes FREE. The property offers accommodation on the ground floor and has a mixture of laminate flooring and carpeting throughout. The external door is 76cm - 190cm and the internal doors range from 59cm - 66cm in width and 194cm in height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. There is a private paved patio in front of the property. There is unallocated off road parking for two cars on a level tarmac surface located 30m from the entrance and via a sloped path.
