The Old Piggeries is located on Kenegie Manor Park, just outside of Gulval, Cornwall, in the beautiful Penwith Heritage Coast region.
This single-story lodge is situated on a wonderful holiday park that provides a wide variety of family-friendly activities, such as an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, putting green, and children's play area, as well as a convenient on-site pub, a shop, and a warm and inviting open floor plan that is ideal for families exploring Cornwall.
Cross the threshold and make your way to the kitchen, where you can prepare delectable meals for your loved ones to eat at the breakfast bar.
Then, when you're ready, turn on the Smart TV and get comfortable in front of the woodburning stove for a much-needed movie night.
When the sky darkens, tuck the youngsters into the fun twin room before washing off the day’s exploits in the shower room and drifting off to sleep in the lovely double bed.
If you can tear yourself away from the park and its amenities, head to the coast where you may spend sunny days wandering along the sands of long rock beach, a wonderful site to appreciate the picturesque views over the sea as the youngsters splash around in the waves.
Penlee House Gallery and Museum, Savoy Cinema Bar and Restaurant, gorgeous harbour with a variety of cafes and restaurants with a waterfront outlook, and an outdoor lido where children can swim securely are all located in the nearby coastal town of Penzance.
Marazion, a famous Cornish village, is not far away either, and from there you can walk or take a boat to St. Michael's Mount, where there is a castle from the Middle Ages, complete with stunning vistas of the mainland and the English Channel, and some lovely subtropical gardens.
The Old Piggeries is the perfect place to create precious family memories and stories.

About the location
GULVAL
Penzance 1.5 miles.
Gulval is a village in the former Penwith district of Cornwall. Although historically a parish in its own right, Gulval was incorporated into the parishes of Penzance, Madron and Ludgvan in 1934, and like Heamoor, is now considered to be a suburb of Penzance. Gulval, however, still maintains its sense of charm and parts of the village church date back to the 12th century. Other features in the village include the 1910 granite drinking fountain in the centre of the square and the Coldstreamer Inn, allegedly one of the oldest. A charming collection of Victorian houses and cottages are also dotted around what was the village square. Why not wander into the centre of Penzance, appreciated for its abundance of palm trees and gardens full of sub-tropical plants, a sure sign that you have arrived somewhere unique. Also people can visit the surfing beaches of Sennen Cove, Porthcurno. Placed of interedt would also be Minack Theatre, St Michaels mount, Poldark country, Mousehile etc making great days out to enjoy
