When sleep calls, there are three lovely bedrooms to choose from, including two doubles, one residing on the second-floor, as well as a triple bunk, perfect for familial groups!

The property is very comfortable and spacious.
The kitchen is very well-equipped to a high spec - plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment and even an air-fryer. The beds are very comfortable and there is extensive storage space. The bedroom with the bunk beds is quite small but perfectly fine for two children. The stairs to the attic bedroom are quite steep so would be tricky for anyone with limited mobility. The bathroom is big with a lovely waterfall shower. There is a 5 minute walk to a lovely clean beach and also a short walk to a pub and to a handy small supermarket.

A lovely, well equipped and comfortable cottage in a great location.
It benefits from having it’s own private parking and is only a few minutes walk to the beach, handy for shops in St Austell as well as being only a few minutes drive to Mevagissey. We would definitely go again.
