A ground‑floor cloakroom adds extra convenience.

Very comfortable accommodation.

Stylish decor and furnishing with a period/country house leaning. Appliances are modern and easy to use. Well equipped with the gear and and accoutrements to eat well! Location is central and access to attractive historic towns such as Tavistock and Launceston is good. Surrounding countryside is attractive and good for walkers. Guy and Amanda were friendly and helpful hosts. This is accommodation we would return to.

If you are looking for a 5-person cottage in this part of Cornwall then look no further…this is an absolutely brilliant find!

The owners have gone out of their way to make sure your every need is provided to ensure that you have the best possible holiday. The furnishings are beautiful, the beds and sofas are so comfy and what’s not to like about having a pub across the road ! Yes it has no garden; only a courtyard, but this didn’t affect our enjoyment at all, we were lucky with the weather, managed to visit lots of fabulous places and we ended each evening by taking the dogs on lovely walks around the village( and popping into the local!) It’s position is brilliant on the edge of Bodmin, but also close enough to many local beaches and harbours. We will be recommending this cottage to family and friends, it’s a little gem !
