“Lovely lodge with all the facilities available to make your stay enjoyable.”

A few ideas to make the most of the lodge better: A selection of DVDs would have been welcome in the cinema room. Fridge not big enough to self cater. Insufficient cutlery…. 4 of each item (knives, forks and spoons), not really user friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay and highly recommended

Thank you so much for your feedback Paul and also for your suggestions, we really do appreciate your ideas! I will add a selection of DVD's to the lodge for guests to use and I have passed your comments about the lack of cutlery to our housekeeping manager to rectify. I am delighted that despite these items you had a wonderful stay and hopefully we will be able to welcome you back in the future. Sally, Guest Services, Charteroak Property Owner
