Due to my dad coming home from hospital & on end of life care given by myself & family, I phoned Sykes to explain not able to use holiday,can I move dates to next year (6wks notice given).They confirmed that owners happy to do so. If had known, we could have offered holiday to someone else or even gone ourselves & booked funeral on different week etc. Appalling service & been put in this situation through no fault of mine. Have used Sykes companies for years - no loyalty & put everything back on owners & nothing to do with them - tough. Am now strongly contesting this & will never use them again. The whole saga has been very upsetting (& I'm a toughie) & very stressful. They've been totally uncompromising, unhelpful & with a 'sod-off' attitude.
