Constantine Bay beach

Constantine Bay beach, near Padstow, has a reputation as being one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall. There is one small car park at the bay, with a slope down to the beach. At peak times this car park is quickly filled, however there is another car park at Treyarnon Bay. From this car park, take the coastal path to Constantine Bay (the walk should take around 10 minutes). There is a surf shop on the road down to the beach, and there are toilet facilities at the beach. Lifeguards are on duty in the peak season, and the beach is dog friendly all year round.
